Lauren Sayer
Lauren was educated at Stoke Damerel Community College before going on to graduate top of her class when she undertook her Law degree at the University of Plymouth.
Lauren joined Thompson & Jackson at the beginning of 2013 to complete her training contract and qualified as a Solicitor with us in October 2013 before becoming a partner and the Head of Litigation in April 2020.
Lauren works in our Civil Litigation and Family departments and can assist you if you find yourself caught in a dispute. Most of Lauren's case load is civil litigation and she has experience in a wide range of areas including contractual disputes, property disputes, contentious probate and Landlord and Tenant matters.
Lauren likes to describe herself as firm but fair and is committed to resolving disputes without recourse to the Courts where possible ensuring that any steps taking a proportionate and focussed on a resolution.
Lauren can also assist you if you are experiencing difficulties with a relationship breakdown and has experience of divorce, financial issues on divorce, children and cohabitation disputes.
Outside the office, Lauren likes to keep fit with regular trips to the gym and enjoys long walks with her dog when time permits.
