She has a particular specialism in the protection and enforcement of rights in connection with property, inheritance, agriculture and partnerships. In 2000 Sukhi qualified as a solicitor in London and moved to Devon in 2001, joining the litigation team at Thompson & Jackson Solicitors in February 2024.

Sukhi has wide experience in disputes relating to farms, contested estates, partnerships and all aspects of landlord and tenant whether commercial, agricultural or residential. Sukhi has a strong background in traditional chancery practice areas involving disputes with business, property, probate and trusts.

Away from work Sukhi enjoys deadlifting, mixed martial arts, Zumba, knitting and walks with her beagles.
