Simon is a Fully Accredited member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers and a member of the Law Society Private Client Section. He has many years' experience dealing with Wills, Probate, Court of Protection, Lasting Power of Attorney and Elderly client issues.

Simon was educated at Gowerton School, Swansea followed by Nottingham Trent University and University of Wales, Cardiff. Simon qualified as a Solicitor in 1996 and has lived and worked in Plymouth ever since enabling him to establish a loyal client following.

Simon enjoys travelling, surfing and watching rugby (sadly his playing days are behind him).
